      <image:caption>Pritam has been developing his expertise in additive manufacturing for the last 7 years during his PhD under the direction of Dr. Denis Cormier at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). During this time, he has worked on the ALE process using a large format Titan Robotics machine. Pritam began this project in 2019 through the Saunders Student Accelerator program at RIT. He has presented his work at multiple conferences including the Solid Freeform Fabrication Conference in 2017 and 2019, the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers Conference in 2017, and the AMPrint Multifunctional Printing Symposium in 2019. Pritam has also published a book chapter on composite AM in 2020. Pritam leads PrisAM’s process and business development.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Xavier is a graduate of RIT with a Masters in Electrical Engineering and a focus in Robotics. His Masters project was to design, build, and program a desktop arm robot from scratch that could be utilized for future projects. Additionally, he has industry experience using arm robots as a Controls Engineer for both Tesla and GM. Xavier leads the development of the ALE slicing software, and lattice structure tool path generation.</image:caption>

Justin knows what it takes to complete a large scale project through his experience in his Masters thesis. Adam is currently completing his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering at RIT. He has industrial project management experience and has earned his six sigma green belt in machine design certification. Adam leads mechanical design and innovation.</image:caption>
